Wheelhouse welcomes your pets at our Westfield apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, although there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for Residents with pets.

Yes, Wheelhouse and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.
